I’ll be your on-site representative, attending meetings, providing regular updates and advocating for your best interests every step of the way. And when renovations are complete, I’ll still be available for ongoing maintenance and future projects.
Fee Structure: For smaller projects, I charge on an hourly basis, with a clear time schedule agreed upon in advance. For larger projects, we’ll agree on a fixed fee. I never work on a contractor commission basis, ensuring there’s no conflict of interest.
