Completion of South France property purchase
Between the preliminary deed and completion, various documents need to be obtained from the local town council, agents and banks to allow the sale of the south France property to go through.
Beyond Biarritz oversees all of these necessary formalities and ensures that nothing is forgotten or mishandled. We will assist you when making the payments and can recommend two currency exchange companies who will provide you with the best rates of exchange.
We will also translate all the French property documents and promptly deal with any queries that might arise in the completion of your Biarritz or Pyrenées property purchase. In the event that a mortgage is involved, we will also liaise with the bank and complete the necessary documentation.
About three weeks before completion, we will send through a breakdown of the outstanding funds that will need to be transferred to the notaire for completion of your south France property sale.
