What the complete property management package covers
The complete home management package includes checking your property every month; basic upkeep of the garden all year round; airing the property; cleaning and preparing it for client occupation and doing general maintenance. These services are invoiced on a monthly basis. Contracts are based on your property type and requirements, are totally flexible and can be adjusted to suit as your needs and aspirations change.
