Property of the month
Although we select all our properties for their location and quality there is always one which stands out. It might be because it is located in an area where we know it is rare to find good properties or it might have been renovated in a particularly imaginative style or it simply ticks all the right boxes.
Whatever the reason, we think it is useful for our clients to see the style of properties we select as “property of the month” because it allows them to see what the majority of our clients are looking for. Our aim is not to display hundreds of properties of all shapes, sizes and prices. We are here to select the properties which from experience we know will interest our clientele. We have already done the “sieving” part ourselves and although the list of properties on the market is endless, quality properties are limited.

Prestigious properties
The Basque coast has some exceptional properties, particularly in and around Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, along the banks of the Adour and in the Basque countryside. To satisfy the increasing demand from our clientele we have researched the local prestige agents along the Côte Basque and are now able to provide a selection of top-of-the-range properties. Again we choose these properties for specific reasons and endeavour to choose the best properties available. We do not put all the properties on the website, discretion being primordial for certain vendors so please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on prestigious properties.

Rental properties
As the Basque region is still relatively unknown, we are often being asked to provide information on properties to rent either for those who want to come and spend some time here on holiday to get to know the region or for people who are coming over for visits and need somewhere to stay. We are constantly trying to improve our services and adapt them to the requirements of our clients hence adding a rentals page seemed a natural follow-up to the property section.
We do not act as a rental agency but we merely advertise properties for rental. The majority of these properties have been sold by Beyond Biarritz and we therefore know them well and can give you inside information on each one before you decide to book. We will not take bookings but we will put you in touch with the owners who themselves either work through a letting agency or privately.
