We pride ourselves with the fact that we offer bespoke services for our clients. Every client is different and we aim to deal with each client personally. You will always be dealt with by the same person throughout the sale making it easier for you to follow through the buying process and easier for us to get to know you and your requirements.
Once you have contacted us we will start to source a selection of properties which might suit. We send these through by email or by post if necessary and it is your job to eliminate following your tastes and requirements. Once we have finalised a set of around five properties, we then set up a day of appointments. This involves contacting agents and vendors to make the appointments and pick up keys. It can be time-consuming hence it is very difficult if you contact us once you are here to ask to see properties. We need at least a week's notice. Many people book their visits several months in advance and we adjust the list of properties depending on whether the properties are still on the market and new ones that have come on.
During the visits, we are here to advise you and help you to make your decision. If you find the perfect property, we will then submit your offer and liaise with agents, notaires and vendors up to the completion of your purchase.
