"In January 2007, my husband and I fell in love with Biarritz and dreamed of one day purchasing a small "pied-a-terre".
Regularly I would check the estate agents' websites, dreaming of the possibilities. One day I found the Beyond Biarritz website, sent Julia an email and everything started to fall into place. In September we met her for the first time and she showed us seven apartments in one afternoon! The following day Julia made an offer on our behalf, negotiated and we signed. She then helped us with every step of the process and by the end of November we completed and were the happy owners of our dream property.
This could not have happened without Julia. Her professionalism, understanding and attention to detail are outstanding. To this day she continues to help us with attendance at the co-ownership AGM and any alterations or repairs which need to be done.
